Gardener's Gimlet

Ingredients

  • ½ oz - Apologue Celery Root
  • 1½ oz - Gin
  • ¾ oz - Lemon Juice
  • ½ oz - Simple Syrup

Assembly

  • 1. Shake all ingredients over ice.
  • 2. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
  • 3. Garnish with a lime wheel.
