Ingredients

  • ½ oz - Apologue Celery Root
  • 2 oz - Gin
  • ¾ oz - Dry Vermouth

Assembly

  • 1. Combine ingredients in a mixing glass with ice.
  • 2. Stir and strain into a chilled coupe glass.
  • 3. Garnish with a lemon twist.
