Persimmon Mule

12 oz Rye whiskey
6 oz Persimmon liqueur
12 oz Ginger Beer
1 Lemon (squeezed)

Fill pitcher with ice. Add rye whiskey, Persimmon liqueur, ginger beer. Squeeze 1 whole lemon. Stir. Garnish with lemon wheels and mint. Serve over ice.
