Ingredients
- ½ oz - Apologue Carrot
- 2 oz - Gin
- ¾ oz - Lemon Juice
- ¼ oz - Simple Syrup
- 1 - Egg White
Assembly
- 1. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.
- 2. Dry shake with no ice.
- 3. Add ice and shake vigorously.
- 4. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- 5. Garnish with grated cinnamon.
